Bank of the Ozarks Cornelius

Construction of new 1-story 4,000 square foot metal stud and wood frame structure sheathed with brick and stone. The interior features a state-of-the-art banking lobby, drive through teller option, private offices, and conference space. This project consisted of coordination with multiple third party utilities, as well as DOT for the required road widening scope. Weather impacted the schedule significantly, but JDG team went above and beyond to mitigate the effects, completing the project on-time and in-budget.
