Community School Davidson Athletic Complex
The CM at Risk construction of 32 acres athletic complex which will serve as the primary sports facility for the Community School of Davidson. Currently under construction, the new athletic facility will feature a synthetic turf field for shared football, soccer, & lacrosse play, as well as certified 400-meter track with rubberized coating. New bleachers, a press box, and sports lighting will be featured. A 4,000 square foot Field House and training facility will be constructed for athletic and school events. In addition, (8) tennis courts with lighting will provide use for student athletes as well as the community. Planned future phases of the complex will allow for multipurpose field(s) and baseball field additions. The site will provide parking and offsite road improvements to accommodate current and future growth needs.
