Crandall Medical Office Building
Construction of new 1-story 8,200 square foot wood structure with brick and stone façade. The interior features a 5,600 square foot Dental Office up-fit and 2,600 square foot shell space for future tenant construction. Dental office includes state-of-the-art finishes, custom casework, equipment coordination, and interior details. The tight site required coordinated approach for grading, concrete work, landscaping, and paving. Project is on track to finish on-time and in-budget.
