Morningstar Self Storage
Construction of a 20,000 square foot conditioned storage facility. Project consisted of a new pre-manufactured metal building (SS20 Building Systems) for a storage facility consisting of over 270 conditioned units. Exterior finish consisted of insulated metal panels, EFIS and Storefront glass with awning and lighting details. Coordinated with team on specific facility and code requirements, delivered project on-time and on-budget.
