Construction of new 1-story 9,000 square foot wood framed Goddard School facility in Huntersville, NC. Site featured two outdoor playgrounds, retaining wall, and sand filter water quality measures. Interior featured multiple classrooms with technology integration and attention to detail in finishes. JDG worked with designers throughout the design process to ensure project stayed within budget, coordinated town and county approval process and inspections, and coordinated with state inspections for educational and child-care facilities, managed & delivered project ahead of schedule.
