Jamie Yoxtheimer – Company President & Construction Manager
A company’s persona reflects that of its leadership. If the J.D. Goodrum persona is one of passion for your project, Jamie is the fire at the heart of the company. His drive and enthusiasm have been a direct result of the company’s growth since Jamie partnered with David in 2008.
Jamie’s diverse experience includes large ground-up medical hospital and multifamily projects, large horizontal athletic facilitates, as well as new construction of educational, industrial, recreational, and religious, projects; and multiple renovations including office, retail and restaurant projects.
Education: Virginia Military Institute – Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering, with Distinction
J. David Goodrum – Company Vice President
With an entrepreneurial spirit, David Goodrum founded J.D. Goodrum Company and commenced business in 1986. Since then, he has successfully navigated the company through multiple peaks and valleys within the commercial construction market. Throughout his extensive career, he has managed hundreds of projects while setting the standard for leadership excellence at J.D. Goodrum.
David’s vast experience includes club house, educational, industrial, office, recreational, religious and commercial project types from renovations to new construction.
David is active in the Charlotte community, his community involvement includes:

- Board Member, Aquesta Bank
