BUDGET
With a similar approach to budgeting and cost analysis, the J.D. Goodrum team utilizes Timberline software throughout the project, from estimating to project management to accounting, ensuring a seamless process. Operating on this system and pulling from our large data base of cost and project historical data, our educated and experienced team will offer cost savings ideas when an opportunity is presented to do so through cost alternate options.
SCHEDULING
Utilizing the latest software and technologies, J.D. Goodrum manages every project with precision. Primavera’s Suretrak scheduling software allows our Project Managers to track every step of the project and adjust any changes to the schedule in real-time. These adjustments, and how they affect the overall critical path of the project, are communicated to the client on a regular basis through updates and progress reports.
